SHAPEDOWN classes are for families with overweight children. Class instructors include board certified pediatrician Dr. Elaine Harrington and nurse practitioner Jill Brandt. SHAPEDOWN is the nation's leading weight management program for children and teens.

Healthy Weight Loss

SHAPEDOWN's 2 hour classes are held one night a week for 10 weeks. Separate classes are available for ages 8-12 and teenagers. Parental involvement is essential.

Cost includes classes and parent/child materials.

A comprehensive SHAPEDOWN pre-assessment will be scheduled the week before class begins. A pre-assessment physical will be submitted to your insurance company for payment. Please note this service may not be covered by all insurances.

Wichita Clinic will offer Saturday mammograms at our Murdock, Eberly Farm and Bethel-Newton locations on Saturday, October 18th from 9 am to 1 pm to help accomodate women unable to schedule mammograms on weekdays. There will be a Vitalize Peel Day hosted by Advanced Aesthetics at Dermatology West on Wednesday, August 20th from 10 am to 3 pm. Appointments are limited and can be made by calling (316) 609-4440. Click here to view a flyer for the event.

Wichita Clinic Diabetes Education Classes are offered in a two day format, Mondays and Thursdays each week from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
